From Johannesburg International Airport: Take the N3 National Road for 380 km to Ladysmith. Take the turn off on the R103 to the Tugela East toll gate and drive to Ladysmith town. Follow the road signs to Bokmakierie Country Lodge.

From Durban: Travel on the N3 for 250 km. Take the Bergville/Ladysmith off ramp at the Bergville Plaza toll gate and follow the road to Ladysmith. Upon entering town, follow the signs to Bokmakierie Country Lodge.

From the Kruger National Park: Travel on the N4 to Nelspruit. Then take the R40 to Baberton and continue on the R38 through Carolina to Hendrina. Follow the N11 to Ermelo, Volksrust, Newcastle and Ladysmith. Upon entering town, follow the road signage. A total of 5 – 6 hours drive.
